Services and engagements
We provide paid programming consulting scoped per engagement after inquiry. Statements on this site do not constitute a binding offer. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined in a statement of work or similar document mutually agreed before work begins.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Deliverables created for you are licensed or assigned as specified in your engagement agreement. You warrant you have rights to any code or data you share with us for review.
Confidentiality
Information you submit through /api/inquiry or email is handled to respond to your request and, if an engagement follows, under confidentiality terms in that contract.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Liability for paid services is capped as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
